The project will propose mechanisms and policies to build regional financial centers, in which it is necessary to specify which mechanisms fall under the authority of the National Assembly, the Standing Committee of the National Assembly, the Government, ministries and the city.
At the same time, the Ministry of Planning and Investment also noted that Da Nang city must carefully analyze the proposals on tax, monetary and banking policies; the construction of a project of a financial and commercial complex with casino entertainment and entertainment areas and high-end apartments; There is an impact assessment and additional updates on the impacts of the Covid-19 epidemic in Vietnam as well as in the external market associated with the project implementation roadmap.
The Ministry of Planning and Investment also proposed to assign the People’s Committee of Da Nang city to select a sponsor and a consultant to develop the project according to regulations.
Commenting on the project, the Ministry of Finance, the State Bank and the Ministry of Justice unanimously agreed with the recommendations and proposals of the Ministry of Planning and Investment.
