The Vietnam Trade Office in Canada (VntradetoCa) is member of the network of 70 MOIT’s Offices around the world. The Vntradetoca Office is based at 161 Sherwood Drive, Ottawa. MAIN ACTIVITIES: The VntradetoCa is responsible for trade and investment promotion activities for the cooperation development between Canada and Vietnam in the field of competences of the MOIT, especially trade, industry and energy sectors.
+ Promoting trade and investment relations between Canada and Vietnam, especially in the fields of: industry, energy, agri-food, e-commerce, supply chain management, logistics connectivity, labour cooperation in industry and energy, trade policy and economic integration at the international arenas that both Canada and Vietnam are members...
+ Promoting FTAs and bilateral cooperation mechanism between Canada and Vietnam to maximise their benefits to companies of the 2 countries.
+ Providing advices to Vietnamese and Canadian companies that are looking to export, invest or expand their business activities (including M&A, franchising, business delocation, open office, technology transfer...);
+ Providing up to date business information, trade and investment regulations to help Canadian companies to do business in Vietnam smoothly; Supporting Canadian and Vietnamese businesses to better source, sell and find partner in Vietnam with more trust and efficiency;
+ Assisting Canadian partners/businesses to organize trade missions; to attend Trade shows and Exhibitions in Vietnam, to organize B2B, seminars and conferences in Canada;
+ Co-operating with Canadian organisations with similar functions to synchronize efforts and resources to promote economic ties between Canada and Vietnam.
